At Halls Grove in Fuquay Varina, NC, the Wellons team is building the infrastructure for a new True Homes community, including approximately 2,800 feet of offsite water infrastructure. Current work is focused on completing the sewer and storm outfall systems and finalizing the permanent retention pond for stabilization. Each phase brings the community one step closer to completion, another example of Wellons Group making it happen.
